Customer: You, a user of our services.
Effective Date: The date you first agree to these terms by clicking “Subscribe,” making a payment, or using our services.
Services: The video creation and embedding tools provided by EngageVid.
Subscription: The package purchased by the Customer, detailing the usage limits for creating and embedding videos.

2. Services Provided
EngageVid offers tools to create personalized videos and embed them onto your website. Users can purchase packages that allow them to create and embed a certain number of videos as specified on our pricing page.

3. Ownership and Usage Limits
When purchasing a package, users are granted the right to create and embed videos on their websites within the usage limits indicated on the pricing page. EngageVid retains all ownership rights to the software and services provided.

4. User Data Collection

5. Non-Personal Data Collection

9. Subscription and Payment

9.1 The Customer shall pay the fees specified on the pricing page at the time of subscribing to a package. Payment details must be provided and kept up to date.

9.2 The Supplier may increase the fees for the packages at the start of each renewal period with prior notice to the Customer.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EngageVid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
